Throw The "King" Out - Again!

We are long overdue for legislators and courts to Restore Freedom to America. I’m tired of politicians supporting violations of individuals’ land rights. I’m appalled by representatives discussing how much THEY should charge oil and gas companies for access to our land. I reject the notion that land owners, whose ownership rights are being violated, should keep quiet. I challenge everyone to read our Constitutions. Pay close attention to the 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Article III, Bill of Rights of the W.V. Constitution.

Everyone must understand what FREEDOM means and how it’s defined in those documents; understand, RIGHTS are defined in the Constitutions as INALIENABLE (never changing); understand, WE hold these Rights to be SELF-EVIDENT (needing no further proof); understand, these Rights were NOT given to us by government and they CANNOT be altered or taken from us by government. Lastly, understand that Property Rights are inseparable from our Constitution.

Everyone has rights to acquire, own and have authority over property. Our Land Rights cannot be taken or altered by government as long as we are legal owners. Government acknowledges we own land and so requires us to pay tax on it. Yet, when government gives oil and gas companies permission to access, damage and control our land, without land owner’s approval, they are reassigning property rights. I firmly believe this violates our Constitutional Rights.

Both political parties argue which government agency has authority to approve access to our land when they should be Restoring Authority to land owners. WE THE PEOPLE, not the government, have Inalienable and Self-evident Rights to allow access to our land.

I agree at times, it’s in the best interest of the common good for government to regulate activity AFTER we approve access. The government must regulate in a responsible way to ensure Safety for people and environment.

The Freedom to say who does and does not enter onto a property belongs to the land owner. It’s long past time to tell the government to take their corporate friends and get out of our yard!
