Legislature - Stop The Bullying

When speaking about bullying Delegate Mike Caputo, D-Marion said “[people] need to be in an environment where they’re not afraid.” A land owner’s environment is their property.

Bullying is an aggressive act repeatedly victimizing a less powerful person with physical and/or emotional abuse. It means to dominate or impose one’s will on another.

I felt BULLIED by the manner and extent to which an Oil & Gas company aggressively pushed onto my land against my objections; BULLIED when an Oil & Gas company caused physical damage, destroyed property and inflicted emotional distress; BULLIED when an Oil & Gas company, with resources to destroy me financially, enjoyed government protection to dominate over my wishes; BULLIED when an Oil & Gas company infringed on my Constitutional Right and Liberty to be happy, own property and be safe; BULLIED when government agencies would not help protect my Constitutional property rights but helped an Oil & Gas company dominate over my rights. While I was wearing our nation’s military uniform defending their freedoms, politicians were playing lose and free with mine.

Just because this conduct is protected by law, doesn’t make it right or Constitutional! We are long overdue to demand politicians Protect and Defend Constitutional Rights to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, property and safety.

Representatives swore an oath to “Protect the Constitution” and they must repeal laws that support bullying by denying land owner’s rights. We must demand the Legislature ACT NOW by creating laws to Protect land owner’s rights and eliminate this unjust and unconstitutional disparity. Contact your representative and demand they Defend your rights against bullying by supporting legislation that Restores ownership rights to land owners.

Thank you. WE have to use the "free press" to make our voices heard and we have to demand our representatives follow the Constitution or WE have to vote them out. If we don't wake up and use our voice, eventually we will have no voice to use.
